Adult privacy company
By accessing and using Unexpose.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). "We", "us", and "our" refer to Unexpose.com, also known as Unexpose, which is a company duly registered in the Netherlands with the Chamber of Commerce under number 74882120 and the entity that owns and operates the Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Service.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy and Data Handling Policy, which governs our collection, use, and protection of the personal information you provide to us.
The Service is strictly for adult content creators who produce and share explicit material, including those using platforms such as OnlyFans, Fansly, or similar services. It is not intended for use by the general public or individuals who are not engaged in such content creation activities. All users must be at least 18 years old and the age of majority in their respective jurisdiction. Minors are not allowed to register with or use the Service under any circumstances.
The following activities and types of content are strictly prohibited on the Service:
The uploading, sharing, or distribution of illegal content, including any material involving minors, is strictly prohibited. This prohibition extends to content that is abusive, harassing, or otherwise illegal under applicable laws.
Users who engage in such activities will have their accounts terminated immediately, without prior notice. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment and will promptly remove any illegal content or material involving minors from our platform upon discovery.
In compliance with legal requirements, we also reserve the right to report any such content and associated user information to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
We take these violations very seriously to ensure the safety of our users and compliance with legal requirements.
You acknowledge that the Service owns all rights to the technology and software underlying the Service and all intellectual property rights therein. You agree not to copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code of the Service.
We are committed to maintaining the security and integrity of Unexpose.com. If you discover any bugs, data leaks, security vulnerabilities, or other technical issues that could affect the security or performance of our service, we request that you report them immediately to us.
We appreciate responsible disclosures and may offer rewards, depending on the severity and impact of the reported issue, at our discretion.
To report a vulnerability, please contact our support team with as many details as possible about the issue.
We use proprietary image recognition technology and automated indexing to search for your content across the web, including public websites, search engines, and — where possible — paywalled or private locations such as forums and chat groups. Scans run automatically at the frequency determined by your subscription plan. You may also trigger scans manually from your dashboard.
When potential matches are found, the Service may visit the identified web pages and capture visual records (screenshots) as evidence for potential removal requests. These screenshots are stored securely and are only accessible to you and authorized staff members. Staff may need to view your images and match evidence to confirm the accuracy of matches, but all data is treated with the utmost care and is never shared outside of what is required for the removal process.
The Service uses automated image recognition and similarity detection to identify potential matches. These automated processes help flag content for review but do not make final decisions about removal actions on their own. You retain full control over which matches are acted upon (for self-service plans) or may rely on your dedicated agent to make case-by-case decisions on your behalf (for Fully Managed plans, as described in Section 11). You have the right to request human review of any automated match result by contacting support.
Content removal services are available to paid subscribers as detailed in Section 13. When removal is requested, we will file takedown notices on your behalf in accordance with Section 10. Our efforts include requesting content removal directly from website operators and requesting de-indexing from major search engines.
Please note: Removal requests do not constitute legal representation. We advise you to seek independent legal counsel if a party does not comply with removal claims. While we strive to remove all detected unauthorized content, we cannot guarantee the removal of any specific content.
By using the Service and requesting content removal — whether through self-service tools, automated removal features, or our Fully Managed Service — you expressly authorize Unexpose to act as your designated representative for the purpose of submitting takedown notices, DMCA notices (pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512), and equivalent requests under applicable laws including the EU Copyright Directive (2019/790), on your behalf.
You represent and warrant that you are the rightful owner of, or are duly authorized to act on behalf of the owner of, all content for which you request removal through the Service. You acknowledge that submitting false or misleading copyright claims may expose you to legal liability, including claims for damages and attorney fees.
You authorize Unexpose to, on your behalf:
This authorization remains in effect for the duration of your subscription and survives the termination of your account with respect to any removal requests already submitted.
By creating an account and using the Service, you consent to the submission of your name and removal request details to the Lumen Database, which is required for Google search result delisting. Google requires all removal requests to be published in the Lumen Database for transparency purposes. Without this consent, we cannot request Google to remove infringing URLs from search results.
This consent is enabled by default and is necessary for us to provide our core delisting services. You may withdraw this consent at any time through your account settings, but doing so will prevent us from submitting Google delisting requests on your behalf. Withdrawal of consent does not affect removal requests already submitted.
You acknowledge and agree that Unexpose shall not be liable for any damages, losses, business disruption, lost revenue, or any other consequences — whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from removal requests submitted in good faith on your behalf. This includes, without limitation, the removal of content that you failed to whitelist, content on sites you failed to communicate as authorized, or any other content removed as part of the normal operation of the Service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unexpose, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to:
The Fully Managed Service is a premium offering in which Unexpose proactively monitors, identifies, and requests removal of unauthorized content on behalf of the user. By subscribing to or activating the Fully Managed Service, you agree to the following additional terms:
Under the Fully Managed Service, Unexpose will:
You understand and agree that the Fully Managed Service operates on a "remove unless whitelisted" basis. Any content found that is not explicitly whitelisted or associated with your platform accounts may be subject to removal requests. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your whitelist and platform links are accurate and up to date at all times.
By activating the Fully Managed Service, you grant Unexpose a standing authorization to act on your behalf for all content removal matters without requiring per-instance approval. This authorization encompasses all rights described in Section 10.2 and additionally includes the right to make case-by-case decisions about which content to target for removal based on the criteria described in Section 11.1.
You may be assigned a dedicated agent who oversees your account. Your agent acts within the scope of these Terms and the operational guidelines of the Service. Communications with your agent do not constitute legal advice.
While we employ best efforts, we do not guarantee the successful removal of any or all unauthorized content. Some websites, platforms, or jurisdictions may not comply with removal requests. You acknowledge that content removal is a best-effort service and that Unexpose makes no warranties regarding specific outcomes, timelines, or removal rates.
You expressly waive any and all claims for damages, compensation, or restitution against Unexpose arising from actions taken under the Fully Managed Service, including but not limited to:
The Service offers agency accounts for talent management companies and agencies that manage multiple content creators ("performers"). By creating or using an agency account, you agree to the following additional terms:
Agency administrators represent and warrant that they have obtained proper authorization from each performer to:
The agency is responsible for ensuring that all content submitted for protection is owned by or properly licensed to the performer. The indemnification obligations in Sections 10.6 and 18 apply jointly to both the agency and the performer.
By joining an agency, performers consent to their match data, removal request statuses, and scan reports being visible to agency administrators. Agency administrators agree to handle performer data with appropriate care and only for the purpose of providing content protection services. Unexpose is not liable for any misuse of performer data by agency administrators.
Agency accounts are billed on a per-seat basis. The agency owner is responsible for all subscription payments for performers within the agency. Current pricing is available on our Agencies page.
We offer a range of subscription packages designed to suit different levels of protection needs. Packages and pricing are subject to change; we will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any material changes to paid packages.
Free users receive limited access to the Service, including monitoring for up to 1 username, weekly automated scans, and the ability to view match results. Free users do not have access to email notifications or content removal services.
Paid monthly plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may contact our support team within 7 days of your initial monthly subscription payment to request a full refund. Refunds under this guarantee are processed without questions or conditions. This guarantee applies to the first monthly subscription payment only and does not apply to subsequent billing cycles. Annual subscriptions are not eligible for this guarantee; see Section 13.6 below and our Refund Policy for full details.
All paid plans include automated scanning, email notifications, and Google search engine delisting. The number of DMCA removal requests varies by plan:
The specific features, limits, and scan frequencies included in each plan are detailed on our Pricing page. While we strive to remove all detected unauthorized content, we cannot guarantee the successful removal of any specific content.
The Fully Managed plan provides a hands-off protection service as described in Section 11. This plan includes all features of the Enterprise plan plus a dedicated agent, manual searches on hard-to-reach platforms (such as Telegram, Discord, and private forums), and proactive removal of all non-whitelisted content. The additional terms in Section 11 apply to all Fully Managed subscribers.
All transactions are processed securely via Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe adheres to GDPR and PCI DSS compliance to ensure secure payment handling. Updated pricing information is available on our Pricing page and on the account upgrade page when logged in.
Before making a purchase, you agree to our Refund Policy. For any questions regarding payments or refunds, please contact our support team.
Annual subscriptions are billed once for the full annual term and provide continuous access to the Service for 12 months. By purchasing an annual subscription, you acknowledge that:
See our Refund Policy for the full refund and credit treatment of annual subscriptions.
You may upgrade your subscription plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to have access to your current plan's features until then. The subscription plan you select determines your scan frequency, stage name limits, available features, and access to removal services. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
While we aim to thoroughly monitor and protect your digital footprint, certain content may be inaccessible to our scanning technologies, such as content behind paywalls or within private groups. Although we cannot guarantee the detection of all content, our proprietary indexing service continuously updates and monitors available data sources, including those that are paywalled or private.
Our proprietary indexing service is an integral part of Unexpose.com. It assists in identifying and updating our database with content that is not readily accessible by public search engines. This includes, but is not limited to, paywalled content and material shared in private dropboxes or chat groups. If our scans detect your images in such locations, we will notify you immediately.
We offer a referral program that allows users to earn credits by referring new subscribers to the Service. Participation in the referral program is subject to the following terms:
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unexpose.com, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages, loss of data, or business interruption resulting from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
If a revision significantly impacts your rights or obligations under these Terms, we will consider it a material change. In such cases, we will provide you with at least 30 days' notice before the changes take effect, using the email address you have provided to us.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, or any related matters shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the Netherlands. By using the Service, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such disputes.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith discussions.
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact our support team.
