Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Unexpose.com, we strive to provide continuous, uninterrupted service to our users. However, we understand that certain events may result in service disruptions or the inability to continue the service. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances in which refunds may be issued, and how we handle refund requests.

All payments for Unexpose.com subscriptions are processed through Stripe, our secure payment processor. Refund requests must be made to our support team, as we handle all customer service inquiries.

2. Refunds Due to Service Outages

If the Service is unavailable for more than three (3) consecutive days due to technical issues or service outages caused by factors within our control, users will be eligible for a prorated refund. Refunds will be calculated based on the number of days the Service was unavailable.

  • Service Outage Compensation: For each day of service outage beyond the initial three-day period, users will be refunded an amount proportional to the price of their subscription package for each day of outage.

3. Refunds for Service Termination

In the event that Unexpose.com is unable to continue providing its services for any reason, users will receive a refund for any unused portion of their subscription. This includes both monthly and yearly subscriptions.

  • Full Service Stoppage: If we are forced to permanently cease the Service, users will be refunded for the remaining days of their current subscription period.
  • Subscription Termination: Once the refund is processed, the user's package will be considered terminated, and no further services will be provided.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • User-initiated cancellation: If a user voluntarily cancels their subscription mid-cycle, refunds will not be issued for the remaining days of the billing cycle, except as required by applicable laws or regulations.
  • Violation of Terms of Service: If a user's account is terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service, no refund will be granted.
  • Force Majeure: No refund will be issued for service outages or interruptions caused by events beyond our control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, users must contact our support team within thirty (30) days of the qualifying outage or service termination event. Refunds will be processed directly by Unexpose.com, as we manage all transactions through Stripe.

  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days of the request being accepted.
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the subscription.
