Viewing Matches

The agency dashboard provides an aggregated view of matches found across all your performers.

Match Processing States

New matches go through processing before they're ready for review. Matches in "Pending" state show a spinner. Wait for processing to complete before taking action.

Taking Action on Matches

Request Removal

For matches that contain unauthorized content:

  1. Click Request Removal on the match row
  2. A modal appears showing:
    • The URL being reported
    • Count of other matches on the same domain
  3. Optionally select "Include all matches on this domain"
  4. Click Confirm

The system creates a removal request and our Unexpose staff will take care of the rest. The status of the removal request can be tracked on the removal requests page.

TIP

When you find multiple matches on the same domain, selecting "Include all matches on this domain" creates a single removal request covering all of them. This is more efficient than creating separate requests.

Ignore Match

For false positives or authorized content:

  1. Click Ignore on the match row
  2. Confirm the action

Ignored matches are hidden from the default view but remain in your history.

View Existing Request

If a match already has a removal request, click View Request to see its status.

Best Practices

  1. Review regularly - Check for new matches at least weekly
  2. Prioritize leak sites - Matches on known leak sites often require urgent action
  3. Verify before acting - Review the evidence screenshot before requesting removal
  4. Use domain grouping - When multiple matches exist on one site, include them all in a single removal request
