Understanding Seat Billing
Your subscription is billed based on "seats" (performer slots):
- Each active performer uses one seat
- Deactivated performers don't count toward your limit
- Seats are counted per billing cycle
- At cycle reset, your seat count resets
Example: If you have a 10-seat plan and activate 8 performers, you have 2 seats available. If you deactivate 2 performers mid-cycle, you've still used 8 seats for that cycle, but you can add 2 more without exceeding your limit.
Seat Limit Warning
If you've used all available seats, you'll see a warning:
"You've used all X performer seats this billing cycle. You can add more performers when your billing cycle resets on [date], or upgrade your plan for more seats."
Changing Your Plan
To upgrade your plan or add seats, click Contact Support in the subscription card footer.
