Self-Managed vs Fully Managed

Self-Managed Agencies

You control the workflow:

  • Review matches and decide what to action
  • Submit removal requests through the dashboard
  • Monitor progress in the removals view

Fully Managed Agencies

Our team handles everything:

  • Automatic review of new matches
  • Proactive removal request submission
  • Complete removal management

Fully managed accounts show a "Read-Only" indicator and removal actions are handled by your dedicated agent.

Common Scenarios

Multiple URLs on Same Domain

When you select "Include all matches on this domain" during removal request creation, all matching URLs are grouped into a single request. This is more effective because:

  • Sites receive one comprehensive notice
  • Reduces duplicate communication
  • Easier to track progress

Request Shows "Failed"

If a removal request fails:

  1. Click to view the details
  2. Review the failure reason
  3. Contact us for assistance with difficult sites
